Sport80 Dashboard and Entry Process
Registration for the 2026 Championships will take place on England Lacrosse’s online CRM system, Sport:80.
To register for The Championships you, or another member of your staff, will need to be assigned admin privileges on your school’s Sport80 account.
For those individuals who were assigned these during the process of registering for the 2025 Championships, these remain active so you can login via www.englandlacrosse.co.uk and complete the registration for the 2026 Championships.
If you do not have an account or are unsure who has the admin privileges for your school, please get in touch and we will be able to advise on this.
A step by step video has been prepared to help you complete your entry for the 2026 Championships.

Entries and Closing Date
Entries for the 2026 National Schools Lacrosse Championships will close on Tuesday 25 November 2025, allowing schools a four-week window to complete their team entry.
To support schools during this process, we will be offering a one-week grace period following the deadline. During this time, we will publish a list of all schools that have submitted entries, along with the age categories they have entered. This is intended to give schools the opportunity to:
Check that their entry has been successfully received.
Ensure their teams are registered in the correct age category.
Please note, after this grace period, it will become significantly more difficult to accommodate additional entries or make changes to existing registrations. We therefore strongly encourage schools to check their entry status as soon as the list is released.
Rules and Procedures
Detailed Competition Rules and Procedures regarding the age categories and competition will be released alongside the full schedule in February 2026.
Umpiring Information and Training Opportunities
The U19A and U19B teams will pay an umpiring fee as well as their tournament entry fee. All umpiring will be arranged centrally by England Lacrosse and schools are not required to supply individual umpires.
U19A only | Umpiring Fee | £195
U19A and U19B | Umpiring Fee | £390
Umpires for U19C, U15A, U14, and U13 competitions:
After the success of the centralised umpiring deployment for the U19C, U15A, U14, and U13 competitions in 2025, England Lacrosse is looking to centrally deploy umpires again for the 2026 competition via a central pool.
We understand that some schools have qualified umpires in house that they will wish to use to minimise costs within these age competitions.
If you wish to add your own umpire to the central pool, you can do so by sending names and email addresses to Brin Kenyon on b.kenyon@englandlacrosse.co.uk by the end of January 2026.
Schools that provide an umpire to the pool will not incur a % of the umpire costs for that competition day. In house umpires who are allocated to the central pool will be required to officiate for the full day and will therefore, due to the scheduling, not be able to coach as well.
Schools that either do not wish to use an in house umpire or are unable to provide one to the central pool, will be invoiced for the cost of the umpires split between all schools who did not provide one.
This will reduce the overall costs to schools who have previously paid for external umpires to officiate on the day, while still allowing schools who have in house umpires to use them.
In order to umpire any game a person must, at the date of the tournament, be registered with England Lacrosse and hold a current EL umpiring qualification at Entry Level or above. You are encouraged to use at least a Level 2 rated official wherever possible.
There are multiple training and mentoring opportunities available throughout the season, and England Lacrosse are aiming to host a Level 2 umpiring theory webinar prior to the 2026 National Schools Lacrosse Championships with the opportunity to be assessed during the competition.
If this would be of interest to you/any of your staff, please fill in the expression of interest form HERE and someone will be in touch.
Refunds
Schools will not be eligible to any competition entry fee or officiating refund if a team is withdrawn from any competition after their entry has been confirmed.
Schools will receive a credit note against their competition and officiating fee if they are unable to attend any rescheduled competition due to bad weather.
Late Withdrawal and Cancellation Fee
Schools will be issued with a £255 Schedule Alteration fee per team if any withdrawal is made on, or after 12 January 2026, up to and during The Championships.
Adverse Weather Cancellation:
If there is an incident where The Championships have to be rearranged/cancelled due to adverse weather, England Lacrosse will try to ensure that a new date/venue is found to facilitate The Championships being played.
Below outlines the order in which competitions will be prioritised if there are any adverse weather conditions which means competitions need to be rescheduled off site on another date.
U19A
U15
U13
U14
U19B
U19C
England Lacrosse would only make a decision of cancelling a competition if there is no means of rearranging any of the age categories. Schools will be contacted as early as possible to provide information on rearranged competitions.
Marquee Hire
England Lacrosse is offering schools the opportunity to hire a 3x6m marquee at the cost of £85.00 per day. If you want a larger space than 3x6m, this is something that can be discussed on a one-to-one basis.
Please be aware that you will need to provide your own floor cover for the marquees that you hire.
The marquees will be positioned as close to the lacrosse pitches you are playing on as possible and they will have a closing front.
Schools are able to leave equipment in their hired marquees, but this will be done so at your own risk.
We will once again be offering the opportunity for schools to hire out marquee spaces, and this will be capped at 38 spaces, so schools will be allocated on first come first serve basis.
Schools who take up the hire will be informed where they will be situated on the site when The Championships schedule is released.
Respect | Code of Conduct
England Lacrosse would like to make all schools aware that both the Player and Spectator Respect Code of Conduct will be adhered to throughout the duration for The Championships.
Copies of both can also be found on the National Schools Website.
